  2. Avocado and prawn salad
  3. Roasted butterflied tiger prawns in garlic butter
  4. Gravadlax of salmon cured with rock salt and herbs
  5. Moules marinere with cream, garlic and parsley
  6. Lime and coriander salmon goujons served with a lemon mayonnaise and salad garnish
  7. Smoked salmon pate with reduced balsamic vinegar
  8. Tuna and mozzarella fish cakes
  9. Chicken liver pate with brandy accompanied with Cumberland sauce and melba toast
  10. Melon and Parma ham served with a strawberry syrup
  11. Crispy bacon, black pudding, new potato salad served warm with lashings of blue cheese sauce on a bed of mixed leaves
  12. Smoked duck salad with pine kernels, apricot and ginger chutney
  13. Warm goats cheese with walnuts, thyme, caramelised red onion on a bed of leaves with a lemon and apple vinaigrette
  14. Trio of fig and goats cheese parcels served with rocket and a lime mayonnaise
  15. Wild boar terrine with juniper berries served with a tomato and onion chutney, drizzled with balsamic vinegar
  16. Pheasant terrine cooked in port accompanied with a cranberry and onion confit
  17. Classic chicken caesar salad
